Our goal is to identify any inefficiencies, monitor for state compliance issues, assess proper reserving, measure treatment and lost time, spot subrogation potential, ensure litigated files are being handled timely and effectively, and uncover opportunities for resolution. 

We will implement our 5 Frame Risk Cycle. We conduct thorough risk assessments to evaluate the client’s workplace, injury history, safety practices, and uncover the causes of claims. By finding what’s driving your workers’ comp claims, we develop targeted strategies to reduce risk and costs. Our ongoing claims management includes process audits and the implementation of new procedures to minimize injuries and lower your costs.  Additionally, we will establish safety programs, reform policies, 

and create effective  return to work programs. We'll continuously monitor injury and claims data and the effectiveness of our programs. We will also constantly review outcomes and make necessary adjustments where needed. In addition we will conduct safety training courses for your new hires and refresher courses for existing employees . We are hands on and present, hold weekly meetings with you to share all our data, outcomes and recommendations, and we're available 24/7 if you need to reach us.

We specialize in developing fully customized return to work programs that not only support employee recovery but also enhance organizational productivity. We ensure a smooth and safe transition back to work for your employees. - $500 a position / job title.  

We will audit active claims to evaluate the claims handling process. This assessment will help us identify any inefficiencies, monitor for state compliance issues, assess proper reserving, measure treatment & lost time, spot subrogation potential, ensure litigated files are being handled timely and effectively, and uncover opportunities for resolution. Priced per the number of claims you need audited. We recommend 20-25% of your active claims be audited. A typical average is $1,650 per 10 claims

We will consult with you on an hourly basis for specific short term needs your business has or to provide you insight on your workers compensation program. - $200 an hour

We offer safety training courses and seminars tailored to your industry. Our offerings include courses in body mechanics, ergonomics, and general safety, all backed by OSHA certification. You can select from live courses or on-demand video courses. Our training is up to date, engaging, ensures employee retention. - On Demand Video Courses $1,500 per course, and you keep it for a lifetime.  Live training courses are priced on the number of employees attending, see our price guide below.

We will audit your workers compensation policy and identify where we can save you on your premiums.  - Flat fee of $350, keep in mind your insurance co. will do an audit for free, but you may end up owing them a large amount in additional premium. We will review misclassifications, improper charges, and calculate your experience modification factor, which all has the potential to save you money on your current premiums.
